The consistency of care quality that I have witnessed has been remarkable

The consistency of care quality that I have witnessed (sometimes when my presence was known and sometimes when it was not) has been remarkable. Suffice to say that not once during the entire period of my aunt’s and my mother’s occupancy did I have any cause for concern that they were not being looked after in every detail in the best possible way and with total respect.

Mr Anthony Vlasto

Considerate and compassionate kindness which has permeated from the top throughout all staff at Millbrook House

I will be forever grateful for this considerate and compassionate kindness which comes from the heart rather than the rule book and which has permeated by example from the top throughout all staff at Millbrook House.

Flexibility in accommodating the individual

Thank you for the happy home you gave my Father. The highly professional skills of the staff are hidden behind a kind and relaxed manner, respect for the resident and their family.

“The transition into residential care could not have gone more smoothly”

For us the transition into residential care could not have gone more smoothly. We are thankful that Millbrook House was available when we needed them.

Friend of Resident.

“She passed away quietly at Millbrook in the knowledge that she was in caring and loving hands”

She was always full of praise in the way that she was made to feel at home with as much independence as possible yet to have comprehensive assistance close at hand. Mother was adamant that she did not wish to be admitted to hospital. However, the staff rose to the challenge and we felt everything possible was done for her. At the end she passed away quietly at Millbrook in the knowledge that she was in caring and loving hands.

“Your kindness and patience helped him a lot and we will always remember it”

Just wanted to say again, how grateful the family of Donald Davis are for all your care and attention you gave our father whilst he was with you. I know it wasn’t easy for you but your kindness and patience helped him a lot and we will always remember it.
